Cris has built his profile as an all-round Global Business Executive and Thought Leader throughout a career revolving around commercial leadership, business consulting and change. Cris founded his consulting company B-CEPS in 2017. In this role Cris is able to leverage all his experience and network to help companies achieve excellence in sourcing for people, services and technology

With B-CEPS Cris has supported Vattenfall in creating a design and business case for enterprise wide contingent workforce management and he supported KPN in developing a new strategy for Sourcing & Supplier Management for their core activities. For Unilever Cris helped broaden the global Flex Program to all resourcing types and channels.

Prior to starting his advisory company Cris had a successful career in both line and program management as well as in consulting. He started his career at Exxon where he held various commercial management and business change roles. He then spent 10 years in Consulting and IT with Atos and CSC, both as a principal business consultant as well as in Global Industry and Account management.  Shell then hired Cris for a leading role in Global Supplier Management.

 

Lastly Cris was globally responsible for the 5B$ Professional Services Category in which he also launched a major Contingent Workforce improvement program.
